Improve spend efficiency and account reach.
Working closely with the Hamptons Marketing Team, we identified opportunities to improve account performance.
Our audit identified an over dominance of brand terms. Additional improvements were identified to enhance keyword density as well as adding further geographic granularity for secondary locations.
CHALLENGE
Reduce ‘brand’ dominance by increasing keyword reach.
Our Account Manager’s focussed time on enhancing the ‘Brand’ campaigns to push up their Quality Score and reduce their dominance across spend.
Focusing on non-brand, we encompassed the high-performance parts of the existing account and spent significant time building out the overall keyword density and geographic reach.
SOLUTION
Over the first 6 months, we achieved a significant increase in conversion volume, whilst reducing the overall Cost Per Acquisition (CPA).
Our improvements led to a reduction in brand spend of 32%, whilst still delivering 11% more conversions.
This allowed us to re-use the budget across the re-build non-brand campaigns, increasing the number of non-brand conversions by 151%.
